Market Review for 1 st December 2014

Nifty (84-588) we said ‘now 8430 and 8350 are very crucial supports now. The support for Nifty is it 8430-8350 and the resistance to the up move is at 8617’ The market unfolded strong as expected and closed in the green after touching our resistance of 8617 like a dot…the high was 8617….technically the trend is still intact up as long as 8430 holds…I would not be surprised to see some profit booking in these regions though the trend is still intact up…       

The support for Nifty is it 8430-8350 and the resistance to the up move is at 8617-9750

MARKET MOVEMENT               
Selling arrested but risk remain intact, trade with stop loss!---- Selling could bearrested yesterday due to short covering of positions in the later half of the session and index managed to close in green although undertone of the markets was full of caution. No risk is seen for today above 28400 but below this, selling may be seen again.
Markets may open flat/positive for today and may remain good above 28400 but break of 28400 may signal selling and profit booking pressure in any case and it may lead to 28200 also..
Trading plan for today-Following action plan may be followed by day traders for today-------
Select AIRLINE stocks may remain good for day trades in view of high volatility for today
Trade Nifty with stop loss of 8520 for the target of 8570 and above. Sell below 8520 for the target of 8470 and below
MID CAPS stocks may provide better opportunity for day traders on both side
Avoid CEMENT stocks for today
